My week of not eating sarnies….day three

20130619-085719.jpgI’m back on track(ish) with lunches today!!

I woke up very late and was really worried that I might not have time but thanks to the power of leftovers I managed to cobble together my mums it’s not quite risotto!!

All I did was use the leftover. Sticky Rice from Monday, add in a tin of drained tuna and some frozen peas and sweetcorn with a spring onion…minimal work (about 3 minutes) maximum taste!!
