I’ve been on this journey for a while now and thought it was about time I posted a before and after selfie.

I hate taking my picture so excuse the stupid pose in my latest selfie but this is the first time I’ve seen a difference.

3 months since surgery and 4 stone down since then but 6 stone lost between pictures. Still got a way to go but feeling better than I have in years which just got to prove if I can do it you can too!!
